Dairy queen Ofra Strauss: 'Maybe we were wrong'

'High living costs, high food prices, high cottage cheese prices must be addressed,' Strauss tells Caesarea Economic Policy Planning Forum.

Lowering the prices of dairy to consumers will take a joint effort of government, retailers and dairy farmers, Strauss Group chairwoman Ofra Strauss said yesterday, accepting some of the blame for the current cottage cheese crisis.
Strauss, the controlling shareholder of one of Israel's biggest three dairy manufacturers, was addressing the 19th Caesarea Economic Policy Planning Forum in Rishon Letzion yesterday….
