Former antitrust commissioner turned down offer to pen a professional opinion for the energy company.

Delek Drilling offered to hire Dror Strum after learning that the former antitrust commissioner would be investigating the legality of the company's supply contract with the Israel Electric Corporation. Strum had been hired for the investigation by the Public Utilities Authority, TheMarker has learned.
