First Israeli appointed to European Scientific Council

Hebrew U. professor Danny Dolev, a leading computer scientist and engineer, has been named one of seven new members.

Prof. Danny Dolev, a leading computer scientist and engineer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, has been named one of seven new members appointed by the European Commission to the Scientific Council, the governing body of the European Research Council.
He is the first Israeli to serve on the council, which is composed of 22 distinguished scientists and scholars….
