Solomon says that his audience appreciates the orchestra’s work: “Never in its history has the Sinfonietta had as many subscribers as we have now.”

“We put on operas in the past, but now that we have a new home, we can finally present fully staged operatic shows,” says musical director and chief conductor of the Sinfonietta Beersheba for the last six seasons Doron Salomon. “Ours are very varied musical offerings,” he continues. “This month alone, we are performing several different programs, ranging from Jazzing the Beatles with Amikam Kimelman’s ensemble and Sleeping Beauty and the Magic Bells with the Hand-Bell Ensemble, to Mozart’s masterpieceThe Marriage of Figaro.”
