Residents protesting since doctors' union signed its agreement with the treasury, which the residents say did not address their concerns.
Medical residents are demanding a weekly day off, more slots in crowded departments and annual grants of NIS 25,000 as they prepare to return to negotiations with the treasury Monday.
TheMarker has obtained a list of the residents' demands. They appear to show progress – the residents seem to have taken on board the Finance Ministry's refusal to reopen the collective agreement struck with the country's doctors two months ago. Instead, they are seeking ways to have their demands addressed without changing the agreement….
