Canadian wunderkind will give a one-night-only concert in Hayarkon Park on April 14th.

Bieber's managers signed the contract that will bring the Canadian performer to Israel for the first time. The Israeli production team for the scheduled concert will leave Sunday night for the United States to meet with Bieber's U.S. production team to work out details and logistics….
