Ron Hirsch, 60, a transient accused of detonating a pipe bomb outside of a Los Angeles Jewish center, has been charged with one felony count of explosion with intent to murder.
Hirsch was arrested Monday in Cleveland Heights, Ohio on a federal arrest warrant. He is also charged with use of a destructive device and intent to injure, as well as possession of a destructive device….
